Learn the difference between Gear Mode and Regular Mode.
NESTOUT power banks have two operating modes designed for different types of devices. Regular Mode is the default setting and is intended for standard device charging such as phones, tablets, cameras, and other electronics. In this mode, the battery automatically adjusts power output and will shut off when a device is fully charged or drawing very low power, helping conserve battery life.
Gear Mode is activated by double clicking the power button twice in a row. When activated, the blue power indicator light will flash to confirm Gear Mode is on. Gear Mode is designed to support NESTOUT modular accessories and optimize power output for attached gear that requires steady, continuous power, such as lights and fans. Always use the appropriate mode based on the accessory or device being powered, and switch back to Regular Mode when charging standard electronics.
